Barn Rules

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs. No one under the influence is allowed on the premises.

Drive slowly, 5 mph limit around the barn.

Each person will respect any posted barn hours and closed days. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am-7pm. Closed on Sunday. (Boarders are free to visit their horse at any time!)

Guests are not allowed at the ranch unaccompanied or unannounced without prior permission from WSR management.

All visitors and guests must sign a liability release upon arrival at the ranch. It is the boarder's, trainer’s and/or practitioner’s responsibility to ensure that all his/her guests have filled out and signed a release (waiver.wildsongranch.com).

Boarders and/or practitioners are responsible for informing their guests/clients of all WSR rules and policies and ensuring guests follow all WSR rules and policies.

Persons under 18 may not ride unsupervised without trainer’s and parent’s permission.

Persons under 18 must wear ASTM or SEI approved helmets with chin harness in place at all times while mounted. Adults are also asked to wear a helmet, and must sign an optional waiver if they choose not to wear one.

For persons under 18, jumping is allowed only during instruction by the trainer or his/her authorized assistants. Parental supervision is allowed with prior consent from WSR management.

It is expected that parents will drop children off for lessons, however it is not acceptable to leave children for more than two hours without prior arrangement.

Each person is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their horses before leaving the facility. This includes: horse AND dog manure, hoof clippings, loose hay in arenas and tie racks, and excess horse fur.

Only dogs of boarders, staff, and practitioners are permitted unless prior approval from WSR admin has been received.  Dogs may be asked to be leashed if not under control. Please pick up and discard dog poop.

Dogs are not allowed in the horse paddocks and tracks.

Do not feed any horse without owner’s permission.

Only boarders, practitioners, trainers, lessees, and clients under supervision will be allowed on the horse tracks.  Clients and students are allowed on tracks to retrieve and return horses only. No guests on tracks without prior permission from WSR management.

Please do not “visit” the home on the property. All horse-related issues will be addressed either at the barn or by phone during business hours.

If you ride on trails in the area please be quiet when near homes as a courtesy to our neighbors. Please see management for trail information.

Each person will implement any instructions or suggestions for safety made by our staff.

Please be quiet and respectful of other riders and practitioners during private sessions. (Signs will be posted during sessions.)

Please treat all other patrons at WSR with respect and kindness.
